This messaging service delivers Inmarsat message and telex to the vessels or overseas offices. You can send the messages
through either website (www.Shipping21.com) or e-mail software
such as Outlook.
You can’t be billed for monthly fee and initial entrance
fee for Shipping21 system and only will be billed for usage
fee. It is an ASP shipping integrated communication service.

Messaging System
Shipping21 provides an individual website to each company
which works as intranet. You can access your own Shipping21
website anywhere and send the message to the ship quickly
and conveniently.
Mail Messaging
System
Without logging in Shipping21 website, you can send the
message to the vessel using user-friendly e-mail software
such as MS Outlook, etc. All you have to do is to create
your account which is authorized by Shipping21. Then you
can send message through e-mail software as long as you
follow the address format. (e.g. 456789123@Shipping21.com)
Internet Telex
System
This is optional service of Shipping21. We assign the
internet telex number to the company which use Shipping21
messaging service. This system enables you to receive
the telex messages from the vessel through both Shipping21
website and e-mail software. (You can also receive the
telex messages through your mobile phone by using our
SMS service.)
SMS Service
This is optional service of Shipping21. You can receive
internet telex messages with your cellular phone as long
as you have your own internet telex number. You can receive
the messages anytime and anywhere upon arrival of telex
messages. You can also reply to the vessels through your
mobile phone.
Ship Directory
You can search the vessel information by typing at least
the first three characters of ship’s name or Inmarsat
number. You can find the vessel name, Inmarsat number,
vessel type and flag, etc.
